We ship all of our mattresses via standard ground shipping (carrier may vary depending upon location), so you should receive your Americanstar mattress 5-10 business days after your order is processed. This is subject to change based upon carrier delays, inclement weather, and other factors that may impact delivery times.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Americanstar Mattress purchase!
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, please contact us within 48 hours by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at 713-802-0313.
Americanstar mattresses are backed by our limited warranty to protect against manufacturing defects for the duration of the warranty, which varies by mattress model. Please see your mattress law tag for details on your warranty. If you require service while your mattress is under warranty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 713-802-0312.
We suggest sleeping on your new Americanstar mattress for 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust. If after 30 nights, you are are not completely satisfied with your mattress, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 713-802-0312 to discuss your options. During this process, we may request information such as your order number and date or photos of the matttress.
